Staff Reviews

The Wish Tree is the exciting saga of a young boy and his toboggan, and their quest to find the elusive Wish Tree.  In spite of the lack of support from either of his siblings, Charles sets out one morning with his loyal friend, Boggan sliding quietly behind him.  As they journey deeper into the forest on their search they happen upon many woodland creatures in need of aid.  Even though Charles and Boggan have a pressing matter, they stop to help Squirrel, Beaver, Fox, and many others along the way.
With illustrations and coloring that manage to feel both fresh and vintage at the same time, The Wish Tree is a whimsical delight for reader and sleepy nugget alike.
